It was occupied by its owner, Philip Johnson, from 1949 until his death in 2005. There are several other interesting buildings and art exhibits to see along with the rural landscape surrounding the house. The house and grounds may only be seen by official tours. The address here is for the Glass House Visitor Center, which is where all tours begin. Advance reservations are required. As of 2014, ticket prices range from $30 to $250 per person and last from 1 to 3 hours.
