A house built in 1639 for Henry Whitfield, a Puritan minister. It is the oldest stone house in New England and the oldest house in Connecticut. Guests can go on a self-guided tour of the house. There is a Visitor Center with a gift shop where you can also buy admission tickets to the house. There is also a Education Building with hands-on activities and historical exhibits.
